Dennis will lead group yoga classes for your employees on site or on-line
30, 45 and 60 minute classes.

GROUP STRETCHING
Dennis offers group and corporate events. This includes corporate stretching, which is a lot like yoga without the philosophical input. Stretch sessions will pinpoint your workers needs according to their duties.
Dennis can go to where your employees are.

Massage Therapy On Site
With a massage chair and 35+ years experience, Dennis' will help your employees heal and relax. Happy, less-stressed employees are more efficient.

KIRTAN AND SOUND BATHS
Dennis has facilitated group Sound Bath Meditations for over a decade
using Gongs , Crystal Bowls, Drums and more. He is also available to lead kirtans.
